Our experienced Quality Technicians will ensure that your products adhere to strict quality
procedures.

We work with our customers to develop specific Testing regimes, PPAP’s, SOP’s & Cpk data,
amongst others. Quality is promoted internally with several Quality tools with the aim of
continually improving our processes.

Quality is focused towards the international quality management standard ISO9001:2000.

Our operational systems are enhanced by advanced Quality planning techniques with mouldings and samples being supplied with Certificates of Conformity and a range of SOP's, Control Plans, FMEA's, PPAP's and inspection documentation developed as required.

Our Quality Department is also directly involved with the qualification and customer approval of new tooling, providing documents such as Mould Passports and Capability studies.
