Over the past four weeks, Valentin has been completing his apprenticeship with us at SI Protech (UK) Ltd, and it’s been a real pleasure having him as part of the team.

With a strong passion for mechatronics and a genuine curiosity for how things work, Valentin quickly immersed himself in all aspects of our operation. During his time with us, he gained hands-on experience in process optimisation, maintenance and servicing of ARBURG injection moulding machines and multilifts, as well as programming and quality control of plastic components.

He also showed a keen interest in the design and function of injection-moulding tools and took an active role in discussions around sustainability within plastics processing—an area that continues to shape the future of our industry.

Valentin’s enthusiasm, technical mindset and willingness to learn made a positive impact across the shop floor, and it was great to see his confidence and skills develop week by week.
